OOC: With any luck, this thread will serve as a stepping stone into greater collaborative (and combative..!) RP with our Sith and Dark Jedi Counterparts, recognising them and their exploits from the 'other side'; in addition to offering a 'Mission Board' for DM'd events The idea of this is that those Jedi Shadows from the Republic Assemblies Initiative can continuously report upon encounters and investigations into Sith, Powerbases, Susceptible / Rogue / Fallen Jedi (think Quinlan Vos) - and establish the foundation for DM'd events such as nexus exploration, artefact tracking, and Great Hunts.

On that, I would suggest that, Jedi Shadows, you post reports any time you encounter a Sith / Dark Jedi; or advertise a DM'd event if you'd like to try your hand at it through a 'mission board'-style report for others to pick up on. If Sith / Fallen Jedi, you're not mentioned and would like to be for further and wider RP, get in touch with any one of us - chances are, we'll report upon it, for future knowledge. And, of course, if you arementioned in it - or would like to RP with someone mentioned in it - get in touch! Organise RP, and we'll all be the merrier..!

(Just to clarify, then: this Ledger is strictly for Jedi to report in. These will be written as a result of RP, furthering it and opening it to the community. If, Sith / Dark Jedi, you'd like to be subject to such investigations and reports, fill out the RUMOURS form below the reports and send it to me..!)

Happy hunting RPing!

The Ledger is accessible by members of the Shadow Council, as may be found under the Republic Assemblies Initiative. It serves as a repository, under the highest level of encryption, for such members to collate and analyse information in accordance with their duties under the agreed Shadow Accords. This includes the investigation into, and destabilisation of, Sith Powerbases; the tracking and incarceration of rogue and fallen Jedi; the discovery and securing of Dark Side artefacts and nexi; and, with sufficient strength, the eradication of Sithspawn where they may be found. Initial and subsequent reports on targets and sources within these fields may be deposited within the ledger, for the accessibility and analysis of other members of the Shadow Council - so that decisions may be reached with full information, appropriate assets deployed, and the Will of the Force achieved.

May the Force be with you, Jedi.

Signed,
- Jedi Master Emoral Heliolite.

SITH AND THEIR POWERBASES
Premise: Sith Lords are atomic of the Empire they rule; the destabilization of their powerbases through critical strikes may present significant repercussive impact upon the Empire - or key segments of it. It is the role of Jedi Shadows to conduct reconnaissance upon significant Sith Lords, and their Powerbases and Spheres of which they are a part; discerning and ascertaining their relevance, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and the long- and short-term implications of their elimination or incarceration in terms of both benefits and harm (as power vacuums may provide opportunity within the Sith hierarchy). Reports may be opened upon knowledge of Sith and their powerbases, progressed by reconnaissance, investigation, and further encounters with members of such powerbases for their role, relevance, and capabilities, and closed upon their destabilization. At critical junctures, upon analysis and deliberation, the Shadow Council may authorise critical strikes against key targets; although it is likely that precision may not always be possible, which may warrant liaisons with the Circle of Peacekeepers and the Security and Defence Committee - if not the Mystics in some cases.

FALLEN, ROGUE, AND SUSCEPTIBLE JEDI
Premise: Jedi are not infallible, and some may stray from the righteous path in some way or another over the course of their career. For most, they may simply flirt with a darker path, becoming susceptible to influences and actions not befitting a Jedi. Left unchecked, such flirtations may become something worse, requiring Jedi Shadows to monitor and, if necessary, restrict them in order to allow the Circle of Instructors to aid them in their recuperation and realignment with the tenet of the Order. Some Jedi may become rogue, not quite falling to the Dark Side, but demonstrating a contrarian attitude which, put into action, directly defies or contradicts the authority of Jedi or Councils - with potentially great ramifications. It is the duty of Shadows to apprehend such individuals, and bring them to stand before the appropriate authority for their actions. Finally, Jedi may outright Fall to the Dark Side - perhaps becoming Sith, for which reports should be moved to the appropriate category - or perhaps more distressingly, individuals outside of the Sith's authoritarian order. Such Fallen Jedi may be increasingly chaotic and difficult to predict, as they form cults, splinter groups, or act alone. Such individuals may need to be incarcerated, to be brought back to the Light-- or if no other option remains, eliminated.

DARK SIDE ARTEFACTS OR OTHER DARK-SIDE DESIGNS
Premise: In tandem with Jedi of the Circle of Lorekeepers, artefacts of a Dark Side origin may be rumoured, or discovered, across the Galaxy having been left by Sith, or other agents of the Dark Side, extant or long-forgotten. It is the role of the Jedi Shadow to report upon such rumours, pursue them, and act accordingly: whether destroying said artefact for the immediate threat it may pose, or if possible to contain and secure it for the analysis of Jedi Lorekeepers. Such artefacts could, indeed, prove more abstract: such as samples of toxins or plagues. Reports should be written to open cases based upon rumour or hearsay (or, should chance have it, discovery), progress them where one has begun investigation or sought it out, and close them upon securing it and discerning its contents and/or capabilities in tandem with the Lorekeepers - ensuring the knowledge of the Council of Shadows continues to develop in out combat of the Dark Side.

DARK SIDE NEXI AND LOCATIONS OF SITH INTERESTS
Premise: The Sith, and the Dark Side, pervade many locations and worlds across the Galaxy - in many forms. Some may simply be buildings or structures notable for having been used by the Sith: laboratories, headquarters, palaces, sanctums, even tombs and temples. Such instances may engender investigation: into what is there currently, or may have been there once upon a time. In tandem with Jedi of the Circle of Mystics, it may be the role of the Jedi Shadow to discern and secure locations so pervasive with the Dark Side that they become classified as nexi. These locations vary in size and in their intensity: ranging from buildings, such as those aforementioned, to entire planets - oftentimes saturated with the Dark Side as a result of artefacts, presences, or alchemical or sorcery-based alterations to the environment. As with Dark Side artefacts, reports may be opened from rumour or hearsay (or, indeed, discovery), and progressed when said locations have been confirmed or secured. If confirmed to be a nexus, it is advisable that a Jedi Shadow(s) join those Jedi Mystics called to investigate and Cleanse they visit these secured sites; they often present threats for which our Council is uniquely suited to suppressing and eliminating. Reports may be closed with the successful cleansing of such locations - or progressed if unsuccesful, so that the Shadow Council, alongside the Circle of Mystics, may deliberate in how best tackle such a threat. The Circle of Lorekeepers may also be called in some instances, such as Temples, to explore the knowledge contained within once such locations have been properly cleansed and secured by the combined efforts of Jedi Shadows and Mystics.

SITHSPAWN
Premise: Oftentimes found within the pervading influence of Dark Side Nexi, Sithspawn should not be engaged alone. Recognition of their presence within a nexus mandates reports be moved and filed under this category as a matter of greater priority and immediate threat. With reports opened on such matters, with indication as to the strength and scope of Sithspawn in a location, the Shadow Council may mandate a Great Hunt occur with the objective of utterly eliminating present Sithspawn with maximum discrimination. Such cases may be taken only by more senior Shadows with particular training in this regard. Only once this is complete may reports be closed, and the instance be treated once again as a mere nexus, to be secured and Cleansed with the aid of Mystics.

SITH / IMPERIAL PROJECTS
Premise: As intrinsic and structural members of the Sith Empire, Lords of the Sith will often work with others, both from within ad external to their own Powerbase in order to realise particular ends. These may vary greatly in their object and intention: from military ventures, to complex Force rituals. This may even involve Imperial occupations of planets and sectors. These may occur within Spheres of Influence, or may stretch even between them. Due to the variety of these projects, the Jedi Shadows, when uncovering such occurrences, would do well to liaise with other Assemblies within the Jedi Order and Galactic Republic: from the Security Council to the Circle of Mystics. Given these projects will often be tied to Sith of note, it is important that the Jedi Shadows remain abreast of developments in this field of interest.

MISCELLANEOUS OR IMPROMPTU INVESTIGATIONS
Premise: There may be times in which Jedi Shadows are sent to investigate fleeting disturbances in the Force, or follow rumours which, ultimately, prove not to be attached to locations, artefacts, et cetera. Instead, it may simply be by chance that Sith are chanced upon, and although necessary that they be reported upon under the respective section, it is similarly important that the events surrounding them are taken into account and analysed. Where Enclave Councils holds jurisdiction over particular Shadows' actions, moreover, such reports in this section may be disseminated to them also - allowing them to be kept appraised of actions and developments.

RE: Darth Nevidyra
Report Type: Opening
Description of Sith: A lithe human woman, albeit one, I sense, perhaps also of Pureblooded descent - not uncommon within Sith Society. Undoubtedly plagued by the corruption of the Dark Side of the Force, and effected in many ways by the strife of warfare and combat - scarred and burned insurmountably. Having engaged with her, she should now possess a deep cut to the left if her jaw, which may offer some indication of it being her should a Jedi come across her. It was my experience that she required little for her to introduce herself, however. At this time, she was garbed in moderately-weighted armour, albeit nothing which would impede her movement or stealth; and wielded an unstable Lightsaber.
Capabilities: A Juyo pracitioner, of little doubt; rage focused her senses, though her strikes were raw, primal, and untamed. She was not a graceful combatant, though she made no excuse for that - her vehemence and staccato, in this way, sought to breach an adversary's sequences. She was not orthodox; and brought to helm elements of Dun Moch, concealed knives, and Telekinetic shoves. Expect her to offer an array of randomised and chaotic tactics; 'reason' is not her objective - although, I have no doubt, she relishes combat. As an Assassin, moreover, she possesses skill in Force Cloak, and I should expect Camouflage, which she is likely to use in advance of combat, in retreat, or haphazardly to disorient a foe.
Vulnerabilities: Best described, like most Assassins, to be a 'glass cannon'. If one might surpass her staccato fury, the Dark Lord will err toward desperation and lethargy; extended engagements will weaken her significantly, presenting avenues by which to exploit her position. She is more likely to overreach, become overbalanced; although typically compensated by the unerring offence of Juyo, the precise interruption of this may well leave an exposed figure behind.
Significance: I can offer little of her overall significance within the Vossen Powerbase - I have heard only whispers of her relevance to it. I should imagine a position of seniority, but I can determine nothing of her standing, whether a part of or affiliated with it, or the frequency of her involvement. I should, however, remark that she was undoubtedly a Sith Assassin by training, and targeted myself, a Jedi Battlemaster. I would, therefore, suggest that she holds some standing, or repute, within the Sphere of Mysteries - albeit perhaps a sharp tool than one influencing the dealings of this more esoteric facet of Sith Society. This remains unconfirmed, however.
Analysis: Due to the unconfirmed significance, any analysis would be pure conjecture.
Advised Action: I fear the Dark Lord is more likely to find us than we are them - and survivors will be few and far between, if at all extant. My only advised action is intelligence - in order to determine her significance to the Vossen Powerbase and Sphere of Mysteries, and to ascertain any patterns, however chaotic, she may have. This will inform due Analysis.

Ancillary Case No.: DAR-001
RE: Lord Dar
Report Type: Opening

Description of Sith: A colossally-built man, brooding in his appearance and disposition, as he shuns the excesses of his contemporaries: opting for ascetic clothing, which accentuates the psychological impact he may present alone, rather than relying upon the facade of armour or elegance. He is a man of few - if any - words; and will be candid in anything he does say. True though this may be of his physical form, it is his psychological profile which concerns me more so. Unorthodox, willingly remitting himself from - and going so far as to spite - wider Sith politics, concerns, and indoctrinations - although not to the extent that he makes himself a pariah. Rather, he seems content in his more isolated machinations at the fringe of Imperial Society, and as a result presents traits easily differentiated from the mores of his counterparts. He is a complex character: disciplined, calculated, even repressed, but in a way not often seen amongst Sith - to ends I cannot yet discern.

In my first meeting with him, perhaps indicative of these traits, he arrived at the Temple of Ilum. Although I repelled him, as the situation demanded by words rather than actions, he presented significant interests in the lost contents and knowledge that the Temple may offer him. I would not be surprised to know of other sightings of the Lord Dar in similar locations of historic importance.

Capabilities: I have not combated the Lord Dar, though to my knowledge of his Capabilities, he possesses at least one Harrower-Dreadnaught, such that he is quite willing to use it in order to apply duress to any he may come across. Undoubtedly of imposing strength, given his size, I would imagine him to be a formidable opponent; and having witnessed the complexities of his mind, a direct but highly-strategic adversary. In the Force, he is adept at locking his mind and presence behind a vault of mental protections; if one begins to probe, expect him to do likewise in return. This section is, unfortunately, limited; do not underestimate the man, however.

Vulnerabilities: In his own words, he is empty without pain; it makes him whole. Although the Sith may present this as a Strength, I am led to wonder whether this may be indicative of a medically-explained psychological profile, such as psychopathy - less a desire to feel pain, but more by necessity, to fill a void otherwise left unfilled. Whether this is an avenue able to be taken, I am not yet certain. He has, from probing, experienced happiness, even love - although these are emotions deeply repressed, even from himself. Although this may present a vulnerability, applied incorrectly may only empower the Lord Dar, for love is a double-edged sword; attachment is transient, and may only, and I imagine does in this instance, lead to suffering. This will only serve to fill the void within the Lord Dar.

Significance: Difficult to discern. Per the attached report by Master Zaraen, as the heir to fragments of Darth Iradox' Powerbase, it is likely that the Lord Dar is in the process of expanding and consolidating his own circle of influence. Its size and reach, however, are unknown to me.

Analysis: From current information, I am loathe to make assumptions disguised as analysis. A fringe Lord, his removal from Sith Society may not have altogether great impact, although I am concerned that a void may be left, such that I cannot yet discern. Although highly critical that his beliefs could become mainstream within the Sith Order, I am concerned that its spread to even a relatively small sphere of influence, such that a powerbase would present, could pose a signifiant danger to the Jedi Order at large.

Advised Action: Comprehensive investigation into the Lord Dar's exploits, powerbase, associates, and ideologies. The extent to which he has a following, or is a follower, of this branch of Sith Philosophy is foremost to this; the extent to his influence should be ascertained. He is a Sith like no other that I have witnessed in my career as a Jedi - his escape from traditional mores concerning me, and making him an unpredictable agent. Take especial heed of him; do not make assumptions - they will likely prove incorrect.

Involved Parties: Emoral Heliolite, Jedi Master.

Ancillary Case No.:HORUS-X-01
RE: Lord Sanguinis
Report Type: Opening

Description of Sith: A tall man, of a lean-muscular build and well within his prime, the Lord Sanguinis masks his visage behind that of a beast's maw. By virtue of my Sight, I recognised him to heir from Rattataki descent; is hiding this trait may well be in response to the axiomatic xenophobia of the Sith Empire. In other respects, he wore a Duranium-plated armour so as to not limit his speed or manoeuvrability, such that will become apparent of his Capabilities. He wields a Classical Saberstaff - ascetic in its design, but of a width such that it would be held in just one hand, in contrast to more contemporary designs. In his disposition, he is a warrior of overt rage and bloodlust, relishing and internalising conflict, the 'thrill of the hunt', sadism, and the decimation, particularly, of Jedi. I would describe him as a hunter, and not afraid to challenge duellists decades his superior... if for the experience, so as to establish an ambition to overcome. He is moulded by his rage, and by his failure - against Jedi, and I should think, against the xenophobia of the Sith Empire.

Capabilities: The Lord Sanguinis is a capable duellist, blessed by the attributes of youth and a surprisingly discerning mind. He is strikingly calculating in his disposition, channeling this into significant adaptability. It should be unsurprising, then, his focus upon strategic and tactical advantages, whether classically-trained or not; he will almost certainly have engorged the details of his terrain, his adversary(ies), and the presented (and prioritised) objectives. Despite - if not as a result of - his alacrity, he is unlikely to be hindered by the environment; and is much more likely to use it to his advantage - to gain vantage, move through it, and create additional obstacles for his foes by mutilating it with explosions of Force energy. He presents an appreciation of Sokan few Sith - and few Jedi, I regret - have truly grasped. This significant capability, however, is secondary to his skill in Form IV: Ataru - largely a form purist, though it would not be surprising to me if he were a nascent Juyo Duellist at the time of my encounter with him, for there were facets of a developing style in that respect, albeit from an Ataru foundation. He remains, on account of his age, a more mobile practitioner of the Aggression Form, adopting light footwork to transition between arcing motions and rotations, differentiating lines and angles of attack, and acrobatic feats largely for offence - but also defence where absolutely forced into it. His offensive motions were remarkably prescient and precise, tempered by his rage rather than slave to it, and enjoying the full use not only of dual-blades through his rotations, but the 'shock' of the nuance in Classical Saberstaffs' application to combat. Despite his primary attribute being one of speed, the Lord Sanguinis presents significant strength - sufficient to crush bone if left unchecked. That which surprised me more, however, was his capacity to tolerate pain, even with a Lightsaber piercing his arm; although I suspect this to have only been a short-term response to otherwise longer-term suffering. Nevertheless, something to pay heed to, as one's offensives may not immediately bear fruit as a result. In his application of the Force, he appeared largely to favour the likes of Force Speed and Crush Opposition in direct combat - unsurprisingly, more passive skills. He would, however, support combat with applications of Force Crush against the environment, and at least one demonstration of Force Lightning I saw him channel through the earth, in contrast to more traditional manifestations through the air. It remains to be seen how these skills will develop

Vulnerabilities: Like most alacritous Ataru Combatants, the Lord Sanguinis may suffer perceivably when grounded, whether forced to that position, or caught at intermittent stages in a style which very much revolves around his continued momentum -- dependig upon one's initiative and style. In combat against him, searching for these weaknesses in his sequences should be of foremost priority - not only forcing him to abort his current intent, but permit oneself the opportunity to intervene and counter. He is, as above-mentioned, quick to adapt, however - so these opportunities should be seized in earnest, and to their fullest potential before he is able to recover: disabling strikes primarily to his synovial joints (such as shoulders and knees) to restrict his movement, and so slow his potential considerably. As he tires, and weakens from such counters, his aggression will become exponentially less potent, and opportunities more frequent. This is a cogent strategy, and reflects my own experience against him.

Significance:His Significance to the Horuset Powerbase is as Apprentice to its sovereign, Darth Horuset. Nevertheless, I would not be quick to assume him its natural heir, though I can imagine him to vie for such a position; although aliens in the Sith Empire are slowly challenging the status-quo, this is not necessarily at a rapid rate of progression. Nevertheless, he proved ambitious, so I am relatively confident in my estimation that it is his ambition to achieve this. For now, however, he may be a sharp tool employed by the Darth Horuset - channelling the violence of Rattatk Society. I am, also, inclined to draw meaning from his beast-maw mask. Although potentially existing solely to veil, and to unnerve, I am left to winder whether it may play into the iconography of a Sith Beastmaster? I have no evidence to corroborate this theory; only that which I gave witnessed of Sith adopting similar icons.

Analysis: No significant implications at this stage, with current knowledge.

Advised Action: For now, investigation; considering his significance to the Horuset Powerbase, and the extents to which his ambition may take him in the Sith Empire.

Involved Parties: Emoral Heliolite, Jedi Master.

RE: Darth Dionus
Report Type: Opening
Description of Sith: [reserved]
Capabilities: [reserved]
Vulnerabilities: [reserved]

Significance: Under a previous incarnation of the Entropy Powerbase (ECL-U23), Darth Dionius appeared to serve as an affiliated Dark Lord to the Powerbase, rather than one apprenticed to its then-reigning Lord, Darth Covenant (and prior to that, Darth Sidre). I believe this relationship has continued to the successor of Darth Covenant - Darth Nexios. In this capacity, the Darth Dionius served as my counterpart in the Entropy Powerbase, serving as training principle for its Sith, but more relevantly, its chief strategic advisor. I would be content to place him as a Sith of the Sphere of Military Strategy, although having not discerned his own Powerbase, and the assets to which it pertains, I cannot advise of his significance to the Sith Empire in its entirety - only the Powerbase to which he is affiliated.

Analysis: Due to our lacking information, I am unable to provide comprehensively analyse the long- and short- term benefits and repercussions which may be attached to the Darth's capture or elimination. Within the Entropy Powerbase, under the reign of a more militant Sith than previous incarnations, the impact may be relatively minor. Nevertheless, I suspect the arm of the Darth Dionius stretches much farther than the limited scope of a Powerbase to which he is merely affiliated - a means to his own ends, of which am not aware.

Advised Action: For now, I would advise Members of the Shadow Council to not engage with the Darth Dionius; rather, reconnaissance of his assets will be pertinent to ascertaining his significance - and to guide our analysis of him.

Jedi,

I have heard troubling rumours of late, one regarding a Lord Viathon and the second regarding some internal politic of the Sith Empire. The former, I may play much into the cultism of a Sith's powerbase; I will hardly buy into the immortality any such Sith may argue pertains to them. A so-called Master of War, moreover, may very well be characteristic egotism on part of a Sith Lord. Nevertheless, in times of renewing conflict, let us not be too hasty; consider the significance this Sith may well have in particular Spheres of Sith Society. As the war machine is renewed, a nascent Powerbase may be emboldened -- and a Dark Lord ordained.

In the case of the latter, I am unsure what to make of it. Rivalries between Powerbases are not unheard of - or even rare - but with action allegedly taking place, we may find, in the philosophies of the Sith, a weaker powerbase uprooted and a stronger one benefiting from it. Whatever the case may be, discerning what is occurring - and between whom - may be significant; any such lapses leave a trail, and an opportunity for us to uncover knowledge.

May the Force be with you.

Signed,
- E.H.

Name Lord Viathon
Aliases: Master of War
Description / Characteristics: Large, clad in heavy armour, believed to be alchemically altered. Face not seen, however always wears a skull visage. Recognisable by a unique and large cybernetic claw.
Lord is believed to be detached from others.
Rumours: Rumour has it that the Lord cannot be killed, spread by lesser Sith within his powerbase after a supposed betrayal from one 'Lord Narikada'
There were also rumours and accusations that the Lord was a traitor and affiliated with users of the light side due to an uncharacteristic mastery of his environment.

RP: Interested in the concept and wondered where this could lead for my character, as for investigating the rumours it would likely require spies and infiltration based characters initially

Contact [OOC]: My discord name an be changed a Lot, but I can always be found through the spheres of influence discord "Rendvir / Lord Viathon" or mail Rendvir Arvanis in game.

Name: Unknown
Aliases: Unknown
Description / Characteristics: N/A
Rumours: There has been talk of sightings of alteractions between squads of Sith Assassins and a hooded Sith Lord across Imperial Space. Hearsay from locals, as yet uncorroborated, may be analysed to find a pattern of near misses where a similar dark figure has narrowly eluded capture, but no official data exists.

There are whispers in the underworld that contracts were taken out by a high ranking Dark Lord against another Sith around the time the incidents were first heard of.

RP: This would depend on methods of inquiry - infiltration, covert actions like slicing, or attempts to apprehend one of the assassins or target themselves. The hook itself is a lapse in the security of a highly secretive powerbase and may be exploited as a 'way in' to discovering more about it and its leader.

Jedi,

Another lead has been compiled, this time upon a Lord Kiyosa. I have little doubt this Sith Lord enjoys the common paradox which may often veil our vision: at once, a more public figure with more public rumours, but as with most politically-inclined Sith, using this to shield her private or true intentions. Indeed, connections are powerful within the Sith Empire; discerning the influence of this Lord Kiyosa would be pertinent - and may serve as an epicentre from which to explore the wider Sith Order.

To what extent does Master Stanic know this Sith Lord? Conversations may best be had - if only for the completeness of our reports.

May the Force be with you,
E.H.

Name: Lord Kiyosa
Aliases : -
Description/Characteristics: Petite Rutian, rumored to be older than she appears. Usually clad in light armor, often and uncharacteristically for a Sith, in all white.
Rumors: As a diplomat, and according to various reports, she seems to lack significant prowess in physical combat, but has instead cultivated mental Force abilities extensively. Although not part of a single powerbase, she's involved with most, if not all, major ones, is part of the Sphere of Diplomacy and Expansion, leads two successful businesses and appears to be operating a vast network of informants in various circles, from the underworld to Sith nobility and numerous leaders within the higher echelons of the Empire.

She's also rumored to be covertly involved in, and occasionally the trigger for, multiple incidents that ultimately resulted in battles between the two factions. Several Jedi may possess deeper knowledge about her dealings and character, as she has often been seen conversing with some of them in public, Master Alen Stanic being an example.

RP: Would love to have someone from the Jedi side look deep into her dealings and see how far they can get in uncovering all that she's done. No fictional story will be needed, since all of what's described has actually taken place IC with players in the community and not NPCs. Considering her function and personality, a Jedi excelling in subtlety and intellectual mind would be preferred.

Contact (OOC): My discord handle is V.#2819 for any enquiries. I can also be contacted in-game on Kiyosa.

OOC note: The following details intelligence gathered IC at the recent Sith Spheres diplomatic gathering, and represents the interpretation of the reporting character (Alera) of the what was observed. If you wish information on your character removed and/or corrected, feel free to message me here or on Discord Alera#2496. I've tried to leave out anything that might antagonise anyone, but it's entirely possible that I've unintentionally stepped on toes.

Case No.: Deneba 1

Knight Gan Farseeker and myself (Padawan Sonjii Quickshade) were sent on a mission to Deneba, with information that a dark presence has been seen in there. Deneba is a planet of the Deneba system,
in the Maerdocian sector, in the mid rim.

A Jedi Conclave was held on the planet, in 344 BTC. It was distrupted by a sith inspired organization named The Krath. However, The Krath interrupted the
conclave with a surprise attack against the Jedi present, sending a strong force of killer droids and leading to the death of many, the famous Jedi Master Arca Jeth amongst them. When Knight Farseeker and myself
reached an underground Jedi ruins, we set up to investigate the location, and found two individuals trying to open a sizeable door, with locks. We informed them firmly that they had to leave immediately; they refused,
pretending to be mere visitors, asking for our assistance to open the door. I looked at them through the lens of the force, revealing a screen like appearance on them. The situation went into a stale mate, no party really
wanting to commit to action, when they decided to try to open the door. At this moment we acted and a confrontation ensued, where their true nature was revealed. Force based attacks were exchanged back and forth.
It found a conclusion when the cave collapsed, presumably burying them under tones of rocks and debris as we exited the ruins in haste. It should be noted however that the two of them didn’t try to exit the underground
or escape, leading me to believe that something else was in play.

Ancillary Case No.: Deneba 1.1
RE: Unidentified dark side user Number 1 [Knight Gan Farseeker identified him as Lord Sanguinis (HORUS-X-01) . I cannot confirm, but the description in the ledger would match what I saw]
Report Type: Opening
Description of Sith: A male Rattaki of medium height and built using a saberstaff with a red blade.
Description of Powerbase: Unknown
Capabilities: The individual was found using force concealment to hide his aura in the force. Seen through the lens of the force, it looked like something was blocking the view. He seemed kin to keep
his cover.
He displayed the ability to use Force Lightning through common terrain.
Vulnerabilities: Unknown
Activities and Associates: The described individual was found collaborating with the individual described in ancillary case Deneba 1.2 [Possibly Lord Dar (DAR-001)], trying to access part of the
Deneba jedi ruins that was locked behind a massive door.
Significance: Unknown
Analysis:
Advised Action: Send party to Deneba in order to determine the ultimate fate of the individual.
Involved Parties: Jedi Knight Gan Farkseeker and Padawan Sonjii QuickShade.

Ancillary Case No.: Deneba 1.2
RE: Unidentified dark side user number 2 [Knight Gan Farseeker identified him as Lord Dar (DAR-001) . I cannot confirm, but the description in the ledger would match what I saw]
Report Type:Opening
Description of Sith:A large humanoid, who’s trait were covered, with yellow eyes, wielding a lightsaber with a red blade and a plasma cross guard.
Description of Powerbase: Unknown
Capabilities: The individual was found using force concealment to hide his aura in the force. Seen through the lens of the force, it looked like something was blocking the view.
He displayed the ability to use telekinesis, both against living subjects and to manipulate sizable objects offensively. He also might have used telekinesis to manipulate the door lock to a point, suggesting a
high level of finesse in the use of said technique.
He seemed to be feeding on his pain to power his own techniques.
With The specific style of his lightsaber hilt and his massive bulk I would expect this individual to practice the Djem So variant of form V
Vulnerabilities: Unknown.
Activities and Associates: The described individual was found collaborating with the individual described in ancillary case Deneba 1.1 [possibly Lord Sanguinis (HORUS-X-01)],
trying to access part of the Deneba jedi ruins that was locked behind a massive door.
Significance: Unknown
Analysis:
Advised Action: Send party to Deneba in order to determine the ultimate fate of the individual.
Involved Parties: Jedi Knight Gan Farkseeker and Padawan Sonjii QuickShade.

Case No.: DAR-PJH-2
RE: Prototype Alchemical Toxin.
Report Type: Opening - Deferred to the Circle of Healers.
Members Involved: Masters Emoral Heliolite, Svenaq Zaraen; Knight Shardyn.
Other Involved Parties: Lord Dar.
Assignment Objectives: Protect the Temple of Ilum; Diagnose the Lord Dar; Extract toxin and biological samples; Extract intelligence from the Lord Dar; study the alchemical toxin.
Assignment Status : Protect the Temple of Ilum (SUCCESS); Diagnose the Lord Dar (SUCCESS); Extract toxin and biological samples (SUCCESS); Extract intelligence from the Lord Dar (PARTIAL-SUCCESS); study the alchemical toxin (ONGOING).

Report: The Lord Dar, having come to suspect my being a custodian of the Jedi Temple of Ilum after I had once repelled his invasion of its grounds, returned once more. This time, he came visibly weaker than on the previous occasion; apparently having been infected by some toxin of alchemical design. It was, it appeared, an experimental toxin that would resist attempts at self-healing (altus sopor) and, indeed, modern medicine. Its sole purpose, it seemed, was to debilitate Force-Users - and could be contracted by touch. Although of dark design, and though experimental, I surmised this particular strain presented greater threat to the Sith than it would a Jedi. It did not make sense to me that the Sith would develop a biological weapon dangerous only to other Sith, such that it is likely the source of this disease may attempt to fine-tune it for deployment against the Jedi Order - to resist, also, Light Side Healing. Fearing epidemic, such that long-term concerns outweigh those in the immediate short-term, I would contact Knight Zerran and Master Zaraen to aid me. I cared very little for the health of the Lord Dar himself, such that he is a target upon The Ledger, but I cannot condone the ignorance of potentially far greater threats. The Order has been susceptible to plagues in the past.

He came, also, with a Harrower-Class Dreadnaught ('The Atrum's Wrath'), however, intending to use its firepower to destroy all trace of the the Jedi Temple should I not comply with his request that I heal him (apparently finding the Jedi to be a lesser evil than alchemy, interestingly). Rather than be held to duress, however, I diffused the situation such that the Lord Dar dismissed his vessel. I would not see precedent set for such activity by the Sith, nor allow vulnerabilities be exposed in the Order's respect for sacred grounds. He has not, since that occasion, returned.

Alongside Knight Zerran and Master Zaraen, the Lord Dar was healed of the affliction. I would welcome debate in the elected course of action, although I uphold that it was only in this way that we might retrieve samples of the toxin and ensure the remnants of Ilum remain for future Jedi Pilgrims. The present Jedi agreed. Indeed, in his weakened state, Master Zaraen and I also probed the Lord Dar's mind, discovering true and positive emotion to be repressed between his sociopathic disposition; but also a potential massacre as having occurred upon Socorro. We are set to investigate the scene of this occurrence in due course, to discern what we may of the Sith. Having been exposed to Force Light, the Lord Dar left weakened, willingly yielding the sample to our control. I should have preferred to see him captured, although he demonstrated contingencies which would have seen the Atrum's Wrath presenting a threat not only to Ilum, but fringes of Republic Space before defence fleets might respond. Unequipped to combat these, we were forced to acquiesce.

The toxin samples remain in the hands of Knight Zerran. I advise that the Circle of Healers examine the samples in order to develop a counteracting agent lest a modified version be developed that clings to the cells of a Force-Sensitive, but fails to be repelled by Force Light or other such manners of Healing.

Signed,
Emoral Heliolite, Jedi Master.
